Yoga Classes

Unless otherwise specified, my yoga classes tend to include the essentials of Hatha Yoga. We learn the postures of yoga called asanas and the sequence of the sun salutation (Surya Namaska), the breathing techniques (Pranayama) with relaxation and meditation.

The styles and types of classes that I teach include hatha, flow, restorative  & yin, pregnancy and post-natal yoga.

Mindfulness Classes

These sessions explore and consolidate the methods of Meditation and Mindfulness. Suitable for beginners who want to learn the techniques as well as for practitioners who wish to revisit, develop and solidify their own practice. Students are supported to establish an independent home-based practice. The techniques are taught in a safe, simple and practical way.
