An Introduction to Mindfulness

This workshop introduces some of the key foundations of Mindfulness. It is suitable for beginners or students who wish to revisit the practices. It will include Mindful Breathing, Mindful Eating and the Body Scan. No previous experience is necessary. Please bring warm layers and optional blanket or pillow.
