Core Strengthening Yoga Workshop

This workshop will focus on strengthening the body’s core area. It will include breathing exercises that uplift our pelvic muscles as well as calm the mind. The yoga program will incorporate poses that invigorate and firm the areas of the belly, lower belly and buttocks all the time protecting the lower back. Suitable for mixed levels, students will be encouraged to work within their own scope listening carefully to their body and its feedback.
