Mindfulness in Relationships Workshop

Relationships can bring great joy and meaning to our lives. They can also bring out the shadow side in us. Whether it is intimate relationships, family or friendships, relationships can be tricky to navigate. Patterns of disharmony can create havoc. In this workshop we will explore the nature of relationships, our communication skills and how we can deepen as well as enhance them. We will explore non-violent communication and use mindfulness based tools and practical exercises to understand and strengthen the quality of our relationships to move from alienation to closeness. The practices will be useful to friends, couples, siblings, partners, to all relationships.
