Relax and Re-energise workshop

Suitable for all levels. The workshop will include yoga, breathing and mindfulness. The practices will nourish the body, leaving us stretched, toned and calm. They will focus on deep relaxation with soothing music and essential oil balancing so that when you leave, it feels like you are floating out of the session.
