Lets stay connected via Relax Notes
Once or twice a month, I send out my Relax Notes. These are letters written with the hope that they will assist you in your everyday life. My focus is to help people stay balanced, sane and calm. This is not easy in today’s world. If you feel like you resonate with my words, then the likelihood is that our paths are crossing for a reason. My intention with this monthly message is not to bombard you with lots of information. The online world already has this! My goal is to send you a couple of practical tips and exercises to support your everyday experience of life.
