Hatha Yoga classes are open to everybody, whatever your level of experience. Beginners are welcome provided you have a good general level of fitness. The classes cover different postures, sun salutations, breathing exercises and guided relaxation techniques. There is usually a theme to the class each week, covering an important aspect of Yoga.
